Hotel del Parque

On our way back to Texas. We stopped here for the second time, the first was in October, and then enjoyed our stay. -great hot showers with ample pressure. -excellent breakfast buffet. - very clean inside and out. - very safe underground parking garage -obvious quality place to be.

Close to many restaurants and walking distance to small shops. Loved how clean and comfortable the place was.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean.

Parking was a nightmare. If you have a big car it's difficult to get in and out. The walls in the room are very thin. You hear everything and its noisy in the hall. People don't respect you if you are sleeping. Breakfast is a joke. They charge 250 pesos for a buffet that isn't great.

It's in a busy location were you feel safe. It walking distance to their downtown. The free underground parking is an awesome perk. There is a park and small convention store across the street and your surrounded by stores and restaurants.

The area is so busy that it's so noisey at night, but once I put my sound ambient machine on, I was able to sleep. What was very bother some was that we were place in a corner room next to the cleaning personals office/linen room and the staff would answer their walkie talks on high volume and conversate in the hallway at 6:30am or 7am and wake everyone up. I should of ask to be changed rooms but I just dealt with the lack of sleep, because all the staff was so nice.

Restaurant at location was great, but closed early.

The bed was way too firm and TV did not work. The noise was bad.

Everything was amazing. I would stay again next time
