Have been going there for over a couple of years and have found that the staff is great in taking care of any issues that have arisen such as the hot water heater going out. The cabanas are nice and love the fireplace.

Probably will not go back there again because of the bar that plays music extremely loud all night long on the adjacent street to the north. Sunday night they played from sunset until when I left Monday morning at 9:00 A.M. Monteverde itself is great plus all the family oriented things to do. Sad.

The location, the atmosphere and the facilities were 10 of 10

We had to walk and we're not aware of the roads, there were no uber or taxis available for tourists. Also there's no service or any transportation available to the town. Schedules should be posted and offer at time of arrival, we tried to book activities and we're told starts at 10:00Am but never explained there was only 1 activity per day. Or the actiual.time of activities

Lots of trees and lots of green, close to the town but also feels like you are in the forest

I chose a cabin with mountain 🏔️ view and they didn’t have one available till the next day. Also the pots were very small and bad quality specially one the gets super hot from the handle I burn my hand.
