Ledgowan Lodge Hotel

It’s a beautiful hotel, lovely grounds, excellent service (Craig is wonderful), great breakfast and an all around wonderful place to stay.

Dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. There was a hair and body gel for one person. Would have appreciated a little more for the expense of the lodging.

Room was elegant. A Characterful hotel.

The buffet breakfast was good quality but at this price a served breakfast would have been expected. Smoked salmon was available - but not with fried eggs!

Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and freshly prepared.

Bedroom was very cramped. Shower was a handset on a bath - not ideal.

Old world charm of traditional highland lodge, very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Really we had no complaints and would have happily stayed a few more days.

I’m struggling to think of anything we didn’t like.

Size of our room although it was a very lovely room

Nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. The food was amazing, and great choices. Our compliments to the chef. We would go out site seeing every day, and it felt like coming home in the evening. It was truly the highlight of our holiday.
