"The hotel ambiance is very nice but the service should be upgraded comparable to a 5 star stay."

The location is very convinient and the breakfast was good .

The front desk staff and the club are not customer friendly in approach . The swimming and gym facilities of the club being run by another company is not very guest friendly. They wanted an identity to be given inspite of showing the room card .
