"Horrible"

The property has taken away almost twice the amount I was supposed to pay and they have not even now refunded me. I have only been given a written assurance.

"My worst stay experience in the past 2 decades of my travelling experience."

Apart from the room size everything else was well below par.

No hangers in the closet. No cutlery being provided without ordering food. Staff attutide to serve and hospitality level was extremely poor. Break fast restaurant was way below par. Not clean table, no cutlery.

It is huge was clean

Limited breakfast items not like 5star May be 3stars Internet hit and miss Very poor reception in rooms I did not enjoy my stay at all

"Better to avoid and choose other hotels for same price."

The room size and bed comfort was good. Bathroom size was also good enough. The overall room was good. but it also needs upkeep.

The air conditioners were shut off centrally and only AC blower was functioning. Called the room service and asked them to open the windows as the room was stuffy and hot. This is January in delhi where outside wether was pretty cool. Also the bathroom shower head was not functioning and needed immediate replacement.
