) Bad Experience Number 1: I went There 2 Days In Advance and paid 25,252 INR for an Executive Suite for 3 people including, Breakfast & 1 Major Meal and I had Selected An Extra Bed and Paid for that as well so I requested that when I check In Kindly Give me a Garden Facing Room which was not given to me even though they promised during the booking they would they didn't. ) Bad Experience Number 2: When we called them for Service they would not come to provide even after giving several reminders about necessary requirements for the Washroom like a Bathroom Kit for Teeth brush ,soap, Shampoo or towels as they were only 2 and we were 3 People, and Water bottles to drink water. ) Bad Experience Number 3: They have a Swimming Pool, But Hotel Guest even after paying such a hefty amount no one is allowed there even though if you are a guest at the Hotel, They would come up with Various Reason so that they can make an excuse for you to make sure you don't enter the Swimming Pool, Like example your Swimming Suite is not acceptable, Take ours instead which cost nearly a quarter of what you paid to stay at the Hotel. Another Excuse: Your Name is not appearing in our Computer System, so you are not allowed to swim. And if it appears the person at the counter would call the Reception and ask how many names are registered for this Room, even though we booked for 3 people only 2 members are allowed inside the Swimming Pool. Another Excuse: You cannot also just normally visit the Swimming Pool in your full clothes either you take our Costume Or you bring yours which eventually your costume will not be qualified for their satisfaction and you cannot at all take Photos of the Swimming Pool at all. ) Bad Experience Number 4: When we were checking out the person at the Reception told us to pay 2100 more and said u were given a extra bed, even though we paid in the beginning for an extra bed, he asked to pay again and later after knowing the truth he could not apologies.

We had to change our room twice because the ac wasn't working, the light switches were burnt and not working and th flush was leaking and flooding the bathroom.

Location, breakfast. Felt very secured.

Bathrooms seems to be a bit outdated and old.
