They let me check in early. Quiet, but close to the main street. Good AC.

Very dirty, dark, small room.

The location is pretty good, near to the metro station.

The room we were given did not look very much like the pictures, and was significantly worse quality than the pictures (and 9.5 rating) implied. The sheets were full of holes & stains. The rug in the room had mould on it. The walls had stains. The bathroom was not very clean or looked after. The manager did show us a couple of different rooms to choose between, however, they all looked similar (& one smelt strongly of cigarette smoke). Initially I chalked this up to out of date pictures. However, when I came to leave a review I found out that during the check in they took my phone to check the booking number and wrote down the booking pin. They then used this to leave a fake glowing review on this site, written in my name. This explains why the property has a such a good rating despite the quality. They were also very weird about us turning up to check in at 6pm (they have 24 hour reception) and tried to push their travel agency on us. Overall I got the impression that the whole thing is a bit scammy. Everywhere else we have stayed in India has been lovely, with pictures & ratings which aligned with reality.
