Proprietatea nu e adaptata nicicum pentr clienti din piata europeana. E foarte murdar, lipsit de aer, miros urat, au foat gandaci oriunde, apa calda nu a fost. Pe poze va pare asa spatios si frunos, dar nu e asa, probabil au facut pozele cand s-a deschis hotelul, de atunci multe s-au schimbat

The price is very good, and the bed was clean and comfortable.

The location is decent, but taxis and rickshaws are slow to get to and from it in the narrow and busy streets of main bazaar. The floor looked clean but was dirty on my feet and when I shook out the rug, it was quite frightening. Note that AC rooms have to be specifically booked. The hot water was unreliable, and twice in my week long stay, water completely stopped working.

The condition of the place does not look like pictures at all. It is very smelly and dirty. The sheets were terrible and the room had horrible smell. I booked after reading all the reviews which obviously are fake.

Karlo Kastle offers excellent service. Rooms are also tidy.
