No elevator had to climb 3 floors with 2 big suitcases. So be sure to select the right rooms and request rooms on lower floors if carrying big suitcases.

The view was spectacular from our balcony. Location is really good. Staff is very helpful.

It would be nice to have a kettle, tea, coffee in the room.

Not all staff were friendly No place to sit and eat unless you buy any of their overpriced drinks

Provided comfortable bed and room had a good view.

Breakfast was very average with no hot breakfast. Only cold breakfast. Life was not available.. towels were not of good quality.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, extremely clean, and perfectly located in the center of Grindelwald. The view of Eiger from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was also very good, with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. I truly liked this hotel, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The reception staff were very kind and friendly, especially Marcelo. He was extremely helpful during my stay, and I would like to thank him very much for his kindness and support.

Everything was as expected, and there was nothing to complain about.
