"Uncomfortable and couldn’t see good view in the most beautiful town."

The breakfast was very good.

It was disappointing that the advertised “mountain” view from my room was not Mt Eiger, while many other rooms face Mt Eiger. The ventilator’s noise was disturbingly loud. The lighting was dim. No hot water supply in the room or the corridor, had to get down stairs from the third floor to the ground floor to get glasses of hot water.

"What a view!"

Great location and my room had a great view of Eiger and a lovely balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff super helpful and welcoming.

It’s a little dated in the rooms and bathrooms. Also, you can hear people moving around on the floorboards above so take some ear plugs. Don’t let that put you off. What a fab view and lovely stay!
