OMThe Staff were very friendly and helpful they even checked us early at around 10 am without charging us extra The location is on the center and everything is within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned daily and once you call for anything they respond fast.
AThere was construction going on below we could hear all the drilling and knocking. Although our rooms were on the top floor but facing the street we could hear all the traffic form around 6am. My room was a corner room so I had windows on sides the the light was going through the curtains and the room was bright and I could not control it
USFrom the moment we checked into the hotel, we were treated with care. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and quite, in a perfect part of old town Chiang Mai. Lots of delicious cafes and restaurants just outside which was amazing. The rooms are very large and they offer room service each day and give water bottles as well. After checking out I still had the day in Chiang Mai and we were offered to keep our things in their storage room plus had extra showers and bathrooms to get ready for our next trip.

I accidentally forgot my headphones cause I was feeling sick on the day we left. I'm like 90% sure I left in the room, but when I returned asking for it they didn't find. It's my fault though.

GBI had a very good stay at Malee Hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean, spacious and modern, with everything you need (fridge, kettle, hairdryer, good wifi). The location is in my favourite part of Chiang Mai, from where you can explore the old town and beautiful temples on foot. I will definitely come back to Malee Hotel!
