DEGreat location within the old city walls. Modern hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very supportive staff - Parking behind the hotel. Pretty close to the north gate (perfect if you like visiting the North Gate jazz club). Lots of restaurants and nice locations in walking distance.
No complains at all - jus as a family with two kids we had to book two rooms which were not connected. No big deal but some hotels offer connected rooms. Though we didn't ask for a family suite or something bigger so we don't know if that's available.

NLPerfect place for me to stay. New hotel, clean, comfortable room, good bed, good shower, amazing location and friendly staff helping you with everything you need, and all for a very good price. Sounds so easy but it’s not. Wish to find the Malee hotels in every place I travel.

USI booked this property because of a previous review I had seen on Booking.com. That review said that this place was basically brand new. Not only is it brand new, but the amenities and facilities are immaculate. It is so close to temples and right near nightlife. It’s far enough away that you don’t hear any noise but close enough that it only takes 1-2 minutes. The staff are very friendly and they were free cookies, and tea. It is across the street from an ATM and a 2 minute walk from 7-11. The location is absolutely unbeatable as is the entire hotel. 
I have no complaints. It does not have a pool, but you don’t really need one.
