comfortable rooms, quiet corridors, water dispenser was available near the lift area, central location, near the Sunday walking street, spacious enough to move around

No toothbrush kit, hotel was beside the road so can hear morning traffic but still manageable

The rooms were spacious, really clean, location was in the old city. Employees were helpful.

The only problem was sound isolation. You could hear everything from hallway and outside traffic. It was not a dealbreaker for me but my boyfriend was really disturbed. Sound isolation can be improved.

Minimal rooms but with everything you need. The lady at the reception is great and very passionate about the city, her enthusiasm is contagious. Our room was ready earlier so we could check out already in the morning. Very well located, great value for money.

At the price it is I can't find anything bad.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were so lovely and super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay! They provided us with local recommendations, early check in and didn’t mind us leaving our bags while we spent the day exploring. The location was fabulous for day and evening activities surrounded by great food and coffee spots.

Everything - location is excellent++, staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and friendly. Clean, oh so clean! Fresh linen regularly. Quiet air conditioning. Snacks in lobby. Cold water dispenser. Great value for the dollar. We will be back for sure, we will not even bother trying a different hotel.

Just hard beds. I like a firm mattress but wow these are hard. To be aware that when bathroom light goes on in the night, the room will get bright due to light going through frosted glass walls.
