The room is clean even though I could have asked for a room with a window coz Im a little claustrophobic. Size reminded me of Japanese budget hotels.

I only slept there and was out most of the day so I don't have any issues.

Good walking distance to Atria Mall, Iloilo Convention Center, Festive Mall, SM and some other establishments essential for solo travelling. Treetop Resto foods were decent.

TV reception was bad.

ease of booking, check in, check out, reasonable price with free breakfast

tiny insects on the bed/room. Thank God it's not cockroach.

Close to nearby eats , shops and transportation

No stable internet, I used hotspot to work No cable Tv connection , only TV for display No windows
