Figtree Hotel

Location was superb. Near Ayala Atria, Smallville, SM Iloilo, and Festive Walk. We love the breakfast.

The smell in the 5th floor lobby smells funny. I am not sure if it is because of the cleaning stuff they use.

It was a small room, perfect for someone traveling alone. The room was cool, the AC worked perfectly, and I was able to sleep well—the bed was comfy.

The pressure on the bidet is uncomfortable. It felt like a pressure washer and was actually painful to use. The breakfast (cold food) was also quite subpar.

Cleanliness as a whole, from the reception area, alley, rooms and to the dining area.

Nothing to say about the place except for the 2 rooms the day we arrived, there's no towel in both rooms we booked, so we needed to call and inform them that they forgot to prepare towels for us. And also the receptionist ( that day we arrived) is not really that accommodating, seldom offered smiles and never I heard they say THANK YOU MA'AM AND SIR FOR STAYING WITH US upon leaving the hotel.
