I like the location since it is near to the bus station and 7/11 is just there below the building. Accessibility is good!

Stairs and i was the one who brought my things inside the room. The helper is not yet available.

Cleaning superficial, cockroaches in the bathroom. Maintenance poor, no toilet seat

Bad as you'd expect from any red doors. Not very clean

Hotel staff is good and friendly..decors is good...

Rooms have crack walls,no free toothbrush,shampoo.no doormats,blanket so thin and towels have stains.crockroaches in room and nobody help to bring luggage in room

Wifi & AC was OK. The staffs were helpful to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor(no elevator). free water server at the reception but not hot water. 7-eleven just next door and you can manage your needs. Ceres bus terminal was in front of the hotel otherwise I wouldn't choose this hotel!

No elevator up to the fourth floor. No air con in the corridor, dark in general. Water tap was half broken in the bathroom. Worn out towels. Dark and no sound proof room, hear others talking in other rooms. Since it's in front of the bus terminal, the noise from the street was constantly big.
