Das Zimmer war unerträglich heiß, wie in einem Ofen. Ohne ausreichende Kühlung war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm und Schlaf kaum möglich.

Toll , direkt an Autobahn Trotzdem leise. Tankstelle vor Ort. City auch sehr nah. Schöner Spaziergang nach Illertissen . Wirklich weiterzuempfehlen. Check in optimal.

"Locked out for one night, hotel acknowledged the problem then lied and refused refund."

The room itself, cleanliness and comfort were acceptable during the nights we could actually access it.

On the night of June 4-5 we were completely locked out of rooms 205 and 206 due to a door system malfunction. We slept in our vehicles. The hotel acknowledged the problem in writing but later denied it and refused any refund. Phone support was only in German and unavailable at night. Unacceptable behavior from management.
