The views from our room over the mountains and gorge were amazing. The hotel is positioned below the main village and all you can hear is the distance roar of the river below. Although the decor seemed a bit sombre to us, the bed was really comfortable and it was great having a bath with a jaccuzi to soak away muscle stiffness after a long day walking. The breakfast was very good, there was plenty of choice and everything was replaced regularly so you didn't feel you needed to get up early or there would be very little left, as we've found elsewhere! All in all, to be recommended.
