Celestial All Suites

Struttura molto bella. Camere con piscina costruite per mantenere la privacy. Parcheggio comodo. Zona gradevole per fare colazione. Diane alla reception è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato un tour in barca privato che merita.

La colazione, anche se molto varia non era di super qualità. C’era di buono che si potevano ordinare le uova al momento.

Pillows Variety

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and the pools in every room are lovely for a refreshing dip. The staff were very friendly and fixed any problem or request we had immediately. The breakfast was delicious and the main pool one of the nicest I’ve swam in.

The wasps around the food were super annoying but not sure you can do much about that. The food was nice but not the best we have had. More classic Greek food like we had in the various tavernas in the area would have been better, to encourage us to eat in the hotel. The breakfast was great though. Coffee from the machine at breakfast wasn’t that good.

Breakfast was good. Drinks were good. Pool area was clean.

Dinner wasn’t up to standard. Room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and shower gel replaced daily. Towels to be replaced daily. A lot of wasps around the hotel, making eating and drinking outside very unpleasant.

Beautiful location and layout. Suites have a private patio and plunge pool. Very good restaurant on site. Staff are amazing. Lots of parking. Two minutes drive to Trapeziki beach where new umbrellas and loungers are being installed.

Nothing but ask for a ground floor suite if you have mobility issues.

The hotel has been designed exceptionally well with excellent amenities. The main pool and the cosy pools in the rooms are exceptional. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The front office manager, Diana, is exceptional and helped us with places to visit, restaurants etc. The spa was also excellent, amongst the best treatments we have ever had, the two therapists were absolutely lovely and very eager to provide a good service. Most of the time the food, service and housekeeping were very good. The island is beautiful, car hire at our hotel was extremely easy arrange.

Inconsistencies; the food, housekeeping, restaurant/bar service could be great but they could also be poor. There was no management presence to direct and motivate the willing and able staff. The Breakfast service was poor, if you arrived after 9.50, which a lot of people did, it was all left overs, messy and unappealing. The man clearing the tables worked incredibly hard but the waitress just wanted to talk to customers, staff, anyone rather than taking the egg orders, tiding up the buffet and helping to clear the tables out of the sun so arriving customers could sit down and have breakfast out of the sun. All of these are small points and easy to correct, they were frustrating but not to the point where they spoilt our holiday. The hotel was a lovely place to stay and we would recommend it but boutique hotels are all about the details, comfort, ease and relaxation,
