The property was beautiful and had a nice and relaxing ambiance.

I think there is definitely room for improvement. One disappointing experience was at breakfast, where we were immediately informed that cold coffees were not available. If we wanted one, we would have to wait until the bar opened at 11 a.m.—after breakfast had ended at 10:30—and pay extra. Only a basic coffee machine with poor-quality coffee was available. It’s reasonable to expect that cold coffee and similar drinks would be offered as part of a hotel breakfast service.

beautiful hotel, the main pool area is absolutely stunning. the location is gorgeous, the views were incredible, and there's plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as access to other areas of the island

Bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly, there were wood slats in the shower and it was clear no one was cleaning below them based on a layer of slime. We had tiny ants encroaching through a crack in the foundation, and there was a shower cap left from the previous occupants that was not removed by housekeeping despite them being in to clean at least 2x per day. Breakfast was disappointing and bland. Greece has incredible coffee and yet I'm getting a cappuccino out of an automated machine? The food felt very underwhelming and inauthentic to the region My partner and I had an awkward check in experience where the front desk personnel called a manager to try to sort out a solution to there being only one bed, without asking us, even though that is what we had booked. It was embarrassing for everyone involved when we had to explicitly inform them that we wanted one bed and weren't just friends visiting the island together. This experience kicked us off on the wrong foot and dissuaded us from complaining about the cleanliness issues simply because we weren't particularly comfortable talking to staff again. Overall I feel like this hotel has a lot of potential to be amazing, but just didn't quite hit the mark on the finer details.
