We reached only next day early morning and they did check-in at 3 AM. Allowed to keep the room even till evening on check out date. Lift is available. Room & washroom were clean.

TV subscription not recharged. No credit card swiping machine.

"It was not a comfortable one"

Breakfast was not provided. We didn't ordered breakfast from the hitel. Entrance was dusty always.

We didn't get the room what we booked. It was also informed not in a friendly manner. First impression itself was bad. I have to argue with the person in the reception. I have very clearly mentioned our checkin time as between 6 am to 7 am while booking. He said that the check in time is 12 noon. Thus room is not vacant. It was bit inconvenient during the morning hours. On the next day, asked for two bottles of drinking water in the morning, till afternoon we didn't get it. We went out and got it. There were several earthworns in one of the bathrooms (room no. 208). No hot water available in the bathroom. But it was written there in bath room
