On checking in the staff at reception mentioned that booking should be done 6 hours prior, which isn't mentioned anywhere Hot water wasn't available, on calling reception they mentioned that hot water will come at the morning only Blankets were not clean The receptionist also said that infant urine shouldn't fall on the bed We stayed in 4 star & 5 star resorts noone ever mentioned like this for an infant Dissatisfied!
