Great location, tasty food

Water in pool could be warmer

Staff were outstanding and the room was perfect

Everything was great: the staff, room, food..

The food is excellent and staff is extremely polite, speaking several languages and always smiling. The check in and check out were fast and easy. The proximity to several lifts, ski schools and beautiful slopes makes the place worth the price.

The extended couch where kids slept was not the most comfortable... also, the rooms were too hot (although, from experience it is the case in most mountain resorts).

Wifi really doesnt work good.

Location of the hotel right at the ski lift in the central part, the underground parking is very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in each situation, food was great (both wide choice and good quality). SPA was great too..

The room was a bit old fashioned as I understand only part of the hotel is refurbished and renovated, but the biggest problem were the walls between rooms which are really thin so you can basically hear everything, so if someone in the next room is taking shower it’s almost like you are sharing that shower with him … this was the only negative about the hotel
