"Worst experience in the area..."

Staff (1 person per shift) did their best to remediate all the negative stuff. I was told that because of the holidays they were short on staff.

For starters, i picked up this hotel because it was breakfast included. Well, there was no staff, so no breakfast. Besides that, there was no cleaning service in my room. After complaining, the staff moved me to another room. In the new room, the sink was not working, and the water remained stagnant. Finally, the last day there was no water at all. Thanks to the staff for trying to make things better.

"I like to stay in a hotel with complimentary breakfast. I won't stay there on Saturday night anymore"

Clean and convenient.

The hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast on Sundays. I wish I knew. There was not another place nearby that was open for breakfast. The hotel did "SELL" me a cup of coffee. :(

The hotel is confortable, clean and it is easy to access, the attention was super good

The air conditioner could be better and also the pool instalations can improve (when I was in there they were in remodelations so probably it will be different)

"It served the purpose for a quick layover."
