they were insisting if we were about to take another night even when we paid for late checkout

Did not have breakfast , had a test to be done at hospital of americas

There is nothing to dislike, wonderful beds fantastic shower everything looked brand new did not use pool but is very very pretty, we will stay there again and highly recommend for anyone traveling to San Isidro, also excellent value for the money!

Clean, renovated rooms.

I requested a quiet room, but there was too much noise between 6pm to 10pm and the next morning on a Sunday at 5am. It was not possible to sleep well due to the noise. This is a design issue from the construction as the hallway to the rooms is open between floor 1 and 2, in a closed environment, so everything is heard. Also all the steps of the visitors in the room above could be heard if staying in the 1st floor. Also, the restaurant was closed on a Sunday, this should be mentioned in the booking options.

The receptionist was perfectly bilingual and very helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The rooms are big but have no decor. Lack of basic necessities.
