"Not for the squeamish"

The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet part of the island, even if a bit far from everything. Luckly Neil is a rather small island and the bus runs on time.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bed was very hard. No toilet paper available. Furniture old and battered. Only bedsheet underneath available.

Nothing

During power cut, only one bulb is on. All others are off. Fan is also off. Forget about AC. No light in bathroom during power cut. You have to manage in darkness. Highly priced hotel with minimum facilities.

Like the location only which is near the beach and the food is okay.

Rooms are not at all value for money. Water issues, wifi provided was not working. Overall the prices are much higher.
