Location of the property is superb, just nearer to Sitapur Sunrise Point, Neil Island. Breakfast is reasonably OK. But if you asked for omelet, etcs, in addition, you will be charged, Rs. 40/omelet. The size of the room is small, just 8/11ft, inclusive of bathroom. Common passage n wooden flooring in the Ist floor is disturbing.

Liked the host and stuffs, our host is very welcoming and try her best to comfort the residents against all the odds that the island possibly through at her business. Was very honest about the amenities she could and couldn't provide to us. My best wishes to their venture.

Cost can be lowered bassis on the service and amenities they are providing at the moment. I don't have any complain against them.
