Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Evenings were noisy with lots of folks on the sidewalk late.

Great location, quiet, decent food options nearby, great rooms for the value and overall a very beautiful place, especially if you are traveling as a pair. The personal was super friendly.

Lack of windows make it almost impossible to track time, do rely on alarm clocks to not oversleep after jatlag. Lobby looks dirty compared to how excellent the rest of the place is.

The location was great

No windows in the room, the shower door was hanging off, the toilet put on incorrectly, the TV’s didn’t work. No response about the AC. In a bad part of town. Didn’t seem safe. Very old.

Me and my family enjoyed the layout of the property, inside and out and the location

Was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extra friendly and gave ootions to eat and party. We were there for MardiGras. She told us all the good soits to get. Will stay again.

Loved this historic building. My suite was perfect respite from Mardi Gras activities. Miss Rene was very kind!

Bring earplugs if you’re on the 2nd floor in the back—garbage truck woke me up a couple of mornings as they cleared out dumpsters.

The manager Renee was outstanding, hospitable, and very knowledgeable about the area.
