Location was fantastic, less than 5 mins from the Ernst Memorial Centre and right by the French Quarter. Loved the period features too! Lovely service at the end of the stay, allowing me to check-out late and store my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some last minute sightseeing/shopping 😉

This property is SO outdated, DIRTY, and smelled TERRIBLE! There were roaches in the room and no one at the desk to even call to tell or anything. I left on the second day and booked elsewhere because I couldn’t stand the disgusting feeling and SMELL another night. Literally the only pro is being walking distance to my conference at the convention center. The self check in wasn’t terrible but I literally didn’t see A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER until I left. She just took my keys and told me have a good day, there was no formal checkout or asking me how the stay was. 1/10 (ONLY because of the walking distance location)

The rooms were sizeable, comfortable.

The smoke detector would randomly beep. We had to sleep in another hotel room because the maintenance personnel couldn't be there due to an injury/surgery, understandable. We made-do and got to experience another room, which was equally sizable and beautiful.

Place was great! Housekeeping everyday if needed
