Convenient location, affordable...

No bathroom fan, only one trash can located in the kitchen...

The location, a few blocks from Canal St and only about 2 blocks from the Poydras streetcar, was great! The place was clean and comfortable. I always like a kitchen when traveling and this one was nice and functional! Had sufficient pots and pans and such to actually cook. Furniture was comfortable and really felt like a New Orleans old style! The staff was attentive and helpful, though occasionally hard to find, for example there was no one at the desk when we had to leave in our uber for the airport. But no worries as they were responsive on the Booking App.

This is a timeshare that rents out empty nights. While that was great for us, others might expect daily maid service. They came in once in our four day stay. The rooms are very dark, even with all the lights on. Lots of carved dark furniture, dark beams and barely sufficient lighting. But it was beautiful!

What can I say about this place? The price was right I guess. I never saw a single staffer during my stay, which is fine, just odd. The elevator stinks, the furniture and appointments are dated. If I’d been there for anything other than a work trip I’d be disappointed, but I was basically only in the room when I was sleeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was fine.
