Property Notes

On arriving in Schliersee, follow the signposts to the hotel's car park, located next to the cable car station Dekan-Maier-Weg 7. The cable car takes you up to the hotel in approximately 2 minutes. Please note that you cannot reach the hotel by car. The cable car runs daily from 08:30 until 22:00 and is free for hotel guests. You can access the property with e-bikes (no normal bicycles) via Althausham or via the Dekan-Maier-Weg hiking trail. Bicycles can possibly be transported with the cable car for a surcharge. Storage of bicycles is available by the hotel entrance, but you will need to supply your own bicycle lock.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Old fashioned but interesting"

Up the hill, old fashioned hostel. Great food on terrace.

Had to get cable car up with time limitations. Old rooms, old beds. Very noisy with party right below our room. Very busy.

Very friendly receptionists, cosy rooms, amazing view and surrounding area! Will definitely come again.

The pool was overcrowded with visitors for the day with loud children and therefore we couldn't really relax

"Great place to stay when you want to visit the mountains!"

The view is AMAZING! So much fun taking the cable car up! You can also walk it! The hotel is right on many walking trails. It's just a great location. I also loved the staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. I ate in the restaurant every morning and night and it was delicious... even for a vegetarian!

"Just perfect."

The staff are so nice and helpful. The view is spectacular. There’s a sauna, which is amazing at the end of the day. Worked from there, the wifi was reliable. Would recommend for a weekend alone to connect to yourself or to work or to go with friends or family. Great place for kids.
