Everything, we had absolutely no additional needs that weren’t covered by Voya. The staff were kind, the food delicious, the pools clean and big enough to fit all. Big underground parking too, very convenient in the summer heat.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall quality. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was one of the highlights of the stay—absolutely amazing. There was a great variety, with high-quality ingredients and good brands such as Olympus, along with excellent local products. The à la carte restaurant was outstanding and offered a truly memorable dining experience. The hotel offers a lot of facilities and thoughtful details that make the stay even better. I especially liked the ice cream stations, the daily refilled minibar, and the snack restaurant that stayed open from breakfast until lunch, serving delicious sandwiches, pizza, fruit, and more. There were also two great dinner restaurants, including a themed restaurant and a Mediterranean one. I also had a massage during my stay, and it was excellent. The spa area is very well designed, with saunas and an indoor pool, while the outdoor pools were also fantastic. The beach was beautiful and very enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were always helpful, friendly, and had a great attitude, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my stay and would gladly return. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Całkowicie odczarował mi wizję Bułgarii (tej którą wszyscy pamiętają z szkolnych koloni). Czystość i obsługa - perfekcyjnie. Pyszne i różnorodne jedzenie. Dużo zdrowych oraz wysokobiałkowych propozycji. Zajęcia, siłownie i animacje - polecam!
