I love the resort well organised I love the food good variety for all tastes and people Fantastic service from the staff Great kids clubs the staff working in there was good

My son hanged his head resulting in us having to take a trip too the hospital. This wasn't ideal but the staff did d all they could too support him whilst he was in the kids club till we collected him to take him there

A beautiful facility with the best developed ultra all inclusive in all of Europe. Wonderful food, top-notch cleanliness, everything works flawlessly

Everything is high standard, very clean, the food is delicious and offers plenty of variety. A very good resort to relax, although in high peak periods it could be crowded at the pool as at the beginning of June is was kind of difficult to find seats at the adults pool (people are leaving the towels to reserve the seats even if it is mentioned in the hotel policy not to do this and no measures are taken).

We didn’t like the fact that cats are allowed in the terrace, in the restaurants area.

This is the third time we have visited this hotel with our family in May, and every single time we have left extremely satisfied. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable. The food is outstanding – fresh, delicious, and varied, with something for everyone. One thing we particularly appreciate is the large number of staff members who are always present, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is remarkable and consistently maintained at a very high standard. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely return again!
