Great location a few minutes walk from the zocalo and local markets.staff were lovely.

Room could do with a spruce up. Walls were dirty, sheets had cigarette burn, spare blanket had dried food on it, and the shower sprayed everywhere but on me. The dog barking next door also made it hard to sleep some nights.

Barking dog at the back of the property. This should have been dealt with by the hotel staff. Also people should be aware that church bells ring early each morning.

The staff are simply lovely and the rooms are ample and airy with hanging space for clothes and and a large portable fan is provided which is very useful in the night especially. The Wi-Fi is top notch, the bed comfy, good lighting over the vanity unit.

This is not the fault of the hotel and for context, generalising, Mexico can be a pretty noisy country. The neighbours have a number of dogs, one of which is a frequent barker. The barking tends to stop later in the evening. I always travel with an eye mask and good earplugs which takes care of the annoyance.

it’s a loud neighbourhood: dogs barking all day and night long, and a lot of noise from people talking and screaming. Also no AC in the room.
