Very friendly staff, simple but nice rooms..

The location was very central and the price was good. The room was big.

This is a very no frills establishment. The bedding, rooms etc could all use a little updating. I guess this is inline with the price per night.

They looked after our bags after check out.

The site directly next door has been totally demolished inside the remaining front wall and there is noisy building work going on. Also a really yappy dog lives at the back. The reception told me they had spoken to the police about the noise but there was nothing that could be done. No warning was given before we booked yet clearly they were aware of an ongoing problem. We asked for a refund for 1 of our 2 nights but they never responded. I wouldn't stay again. Wifi was very poor.

The location was excellent; many bus stations were nearby andthe center zocala was a short walk. The young men at the front desk were charming and helpful.

This hotel is excellently located for walking into Oaxaca. The staff went out of their way to help us - explaining where markets, restaurants and sites of interest could be found. The hotel was immaculate. We would 100% recommend a stay!

The wifi was unreliable

This accommodation was significantly cheaper than anywhere else we could find in the city centre. It was quite basic but is clean and comfortable so we found it sufficient for a few days. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is on quite a busy street and the doors aren't very sturdy so there can be a lot of noise some nights, depending on what the neighbours are doing.

The location was excellent, just a quick 5 min walk to the main square and the markets. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with a reading light, bedside tables and a charging point next to the bed. The shower was excellent. The best water pressure and temperature (nice and hot) we've had in Mexico! Definitely recommend staying here.

There was some noise at night from dogs but that seems common all over the city with lots of strays around. There's a common area but it's not the nicest place to sit, if that's what you're looking for.
