Location, clean and confortable

Almost everything was perfect comfortable clean housekeeping every day if wanted. There was a fridge for guest use on the landing,and a fan in the room Really central. Easy checking and out.

The only negative bits were that the lock on the outside door wasn’t easy to negotiate - it has a habit locking up and is a bit low on the door to see easily - especially if it’s late at night and your hands are full. Also specific to room 2. It is over the kitchen and roasting hot in summer, but in the winter that might be a benefit…

The modern, clean and comfortable property is located right in the middle of Whitchurch. Whilst it is room only, a very basic breakfast is provided in the room. For its location and amenities it was very good value for money.

The room was uncomfortably hot and we believe that this might be partially due to uncontrollable underfloor heating in the bathroom? Whatever the cause, the hot room is obviously a known problem as it has been reported before and there is a good electric fan provided. However…!

Stayed here with 6 groomsmen the night before my wedding Easy access, no messing around checking in. All rooms are kitted out with everything you need. Location great and only a short walk from pubs as we were fortunate enough to have England Vs Croatia to watch at the Watergate pub.

The DIY breakfast was adequate. The hospitality tray was generous. The shared fridge was useful . The bed was comfortable , and all areas were clean .

Just the tricky code pad to enter the building once the resteraunt was closed. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't .

Close to work clean and bed comforting lovely sound of Church bells to wake up too
