It was a little bit noisy late at night but that was to be expected given the location.

Great location, with a close car park. Rooms are quite basic but provided all that was required for a short stay. We saw the housekeeper, who was very helpful.

Our room, number 2, was exceptionally warm, about 27 or 28 degrees all the time. The owner had provided a fan which helped, but it's obviously a known problem. Above the kitchens perhaps. We would have liked a rubber mat for the shower which we found very slippery. The housekeeper suggested we use the bathmat, which helped. We felt the towels were a bit thin. One hand towel had holes in it.
