The room was lovely and spacious very clean everything you would want for a good night's sleep. They supplied you with ample coffee tea and even treats and also cerial for the morning with fresh milk couldn't have wanted more

Large, comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice selection of coffee, teas etc, and the availability of cornflakes and fresh milk was welcome. Great location in the centre of Whitchurch. Good communications from owners, hassle-free entry into the place. Great value for the price paid.

Room was quite hot, no air conditioning.

Central location. Nice to have real milk. Room had everything we needed.

Plumbing made loud noises when shower ran etc. Cereal could have been a bit more healthy. Sheets were not 100 percent cotton

Room 3 The room was really nice and bed very comfy. Love the little extras like tea, coffee and lots of snacks im the room. Breakfast cereal in the room also which was great in the morning. One of the main reason we stayed here because the restaurant attached is amazing food

Only downside was the shower head was broke so shower didnt work. I didnt notice until the morning but I did message the hotel on this app and message straight back to apologise
