Right place and had everything we needed for one night

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked how we could help ourselves to extra tea bags, milk etc. Easy access to our room

The light going on and off throughout the night, right outside our window, room 1. There needs to be a black out blind . The wooden headboard was very loose and banged against the wall. We used rolled towels to stop this! The shower was temperamental, difficult to use.

On arrival we were told where the room was, I'm not sure how long ago it had been refurbished but it felt very fresh and new. We found a nice size bathroom which was very clean :) The room was warm and the window was fully open but there was very little noise from outside. The restaurant downstairs was great and we had a lovely meal. There are two car parks very close by and parking was cheap - I think £4 for a day

While outside was quiet.. when the refurb was done I don't think they redid any of the floors - every time some one moved in the room next to us the floor creaked and clicked with enough volume to keep waking me. in addition there was a orange glow at the windows caused by lighting over their drive - the curtains were not thick enough to keep this glow out, Eventually the light went off and the room was dark, for about 5 seconds before it came back on. This happened at least four times in the night.. So not a great nights sleep for me :(

Everything, really nice place to stay. Very thoughtful about refreshments in the rooms, with breakfast cereals ready to be used with shared milk available. Bed was comfy with fresh linen and towels - just superb!!

Nothing at all.

We often stay at pepper street rooms and although basic with no breakfast we know what to expect. The rooms are clean and the tea, coffee and breakfast facilities are as detailed when booking. N .

Centrally located and reasonably easy to access although on a couple of occasions the door didn’t open when I entered the code.

It would have been more comfortable with an actual chair/armchair to sit on as well as the small stool that was provided. A n extra chair would have been a welcome addition.

Breakfast was ok if we had it got some 2nd morning.

No cereal or croissants left for the 2nd morning, Bed headboard loose

Good cushions, European breakfast. Staff downstairs at the pub Ruben's.

Some odd noises through the night - unsure where from. The shower/toilet are too small, doors on the shower didn't close and water went through.

Staff at the inn communicates effectively and the location was prime for Whitchurch, budget friendly
