Clean, bright well equipped. Breakfast decent, system of access good. Location convenient for other amenities.

Unable to control underfloor heating so room was very warm. Wobly tap in bathroom.

Great location Clean and comfortable

This was a great find. The room was so comfortable, clean and warm. There was plenty of room. The bedding was crisp and good quality and the towels were big and fluffy. The shower worked really well and there was plenty of hot water. Also included were small bottles of toiletries. We particularly liked the small details. There was a cafetière with fresh coffee, a selection box of teas, lovely hot chocolate, biscuits and a chocolate bar each. For breakfast there were two individual packs of cereal and two small croissants. There were pots of UHT milk but also a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge on the landing. We were the only people staying so it was really quiet. The pub was actually closed the night we stayed so we didn’t see anyone but were given very clear entry instructions.

A tiny detail but the tap in the bathroom needs some attention.

Nice cozy place to stay in Witchurch. Good location, compfortable, clean rooms.

The room was perfect for the money. There isn’t a restaurant but the hosts left plenty of refreshment tea coffee etc and cereal in the room. I could not fault it. Also the instructions from the host were perfect and the customer service.
