Como todos los hoteles se puede mejorar en las habitaciones y limpieza pero bueno se puede pasar un par de noches bien,la única pega por poner quitaron la piscina a dos días de irnos

Really comfortable beds and lovely staff.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay however we were not informed of this when we booked, or when we checked in, we just went outside and it was empty, then we received an email from booking.com letting us know 8 hours after check in. This was incredibly disappointing as this was the main reason we chose this hotel over others with better location. It was a 20 min walk into the town centre with no shortcut along the beach. On top of this on our last day of our stay we were woken up around 7am to loud building work happening literally directly outside our windows, the workers even had tools etc on our balcony.

Está a unos pasos de la playa, aunque hay que decir que es un playa sucia,prácticamente no te bañas ahí y debes caminar hasta el muelle principal y bañar ahí. La piscina estaba limpia. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Ofrecen servicio de botes privados, a todo el que vaya a Phi phi le recomiendo alquilar el bote privado. Hay sitios de interés muy cerca pero a la vez el hotel está lejos del ruido. Nos guardaron las maletas después del check out y nos permitieron usar el baño, y si queríamos ducharnos debíamos pagar 80bath

El desague de la ducha, mojaba todo el baño. Los aires acondicionados gotean y eso cae a las tejas exteriores y al ser estás de metal es una tamborada toda la noche.

Very well kept place. Got met at pier where our cases were put onto a trolly and taken to hotel for us by staff. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Swimming pool was excellent but a depth sign may have been good. Would definitely return.

Would be great if it had a lift to the other floors. After a long walk from pier, no public transport on the island, was quite exhausting for an older person.

The staff were lovely and so were the surroundings.

Being so close to the beach there is some noise at night. Nothing severe.

The room - nice comfortable bed and the nice pool. Great prices at this hotel during off peak season.
