La piscina esta be i el llit era confortable.

Està una mica lluny d'on hi ha mes vida a Phi Phi però si el Resort valgués la pena no seria un problema. El problema que em trovat esque han ficat uns bungalows de qualsevol manera encaixonats, amb vistes a res... i a sobre estavem fent reformes per tot arreu... i de bon mati ja s'hi posaven. El bungalow era vell i tenia termites i cuques. En general i havien cuques per tot arreu.. crec que em vaig fer un bany amb elles a la piscina a la nit.

Near to pier resort,walking distance about4-5 min...we got rooms in front of swimming pool which makes the stay more better...

La habitacion era sencilla pero estaba bien. Al estar alejado del centro no se escuchaba el ruido de la fiesta. La piscina era chulisima. Nos ayudaron a coger el transporte.

El personal no era muy amable, el buffet me parecido algo caro (aunque podias pedir cafe de la cafeteria). La puerta a la terraza de nuestra habitacion no era ermetica y se colaban los mosquitos.

Overall, the hotel is good and the reception staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They helped arrange boat rides and tours at reasonable prices, which was convenient.

The room soundproofing was not great, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms at night. One thing that felt unusual was that when I turned on the TV, it showed a CCTV view of the pier. I’m not sure why this was available, but personally it made me uncomfortable and did not feel appropriate. The breakfast experience also needs improvement. On the first day, breakfast was arranged near the pool, but the table was very wet and there were no chairs set up. When we asked for the table to be cleaned, the cleaning caused dirt/water to fall onto the food placed below the table. We also had to find chairs ourselves because only the food was placed there and left.
