The location mainly. Very accessible and close to the white town.

The room didn't have a wardrobe. The window curtain (in room no 105) was broken and we couldn't open it at all for all 3 days. We had to turn the lights on at all times.

Location, restaurants near by and a very plush area and very close to ashram along close vicinity of the beach. All these helped me to manage my movement quite easy.

Parking was bit in adequate. As there were very small space, I was hesitating to take the vehicle out for sight seeing as in that case , I may not find a place to park the car.

Family of 5 who booked two rooms well in advance. They booked us in 2 floors !! Checkin was at 1:30 pm and it took them about 40 minutes to complete the registration process. The curtains in one of the rooms did not work. Hotel staff installed sheets - see photos. My elderly parents had problems sleeping due to the curtain issue. The closet was filthy and not washed properly- see photo. The bedroom pillows were filthy. See photo. The towels - one side was clean and the other side filthy. I am lost how booking.com gave this filthy place 5 star ratings. Wonder if this was done by paid bots.
