The facility was rather clean, although I did not have room service after the first night, and the bad was comfy enough; the staff was friendly, although rarely really helpful

5 star is really a bad jock - it could be 3 at the best, or rather very confident 2. The facility did not have any attributes of a 5 or 4 star hotel - no slippers or bathrobes, no wardrobes or any other space to store closes, the selection of bathroom products was very basic and they were of very poor quality, etc etc. The room was middle size, the window was small and faced a very narrow light well (although I was promised a city view in the reservation), as mentioned the room had no wardrobe and only two hangers were available, air-conditioning was outdated and noisy, well used towels, bathroom was old too, but mostly functional. The staff tried to be helpful, but they did not have much space for it due to poor facilities and poor training. E.g. I was advised by the reception to place my laundry bag outside the door to be picked up on the next morning. I did as instructed, the bag was still there on the next day, and I was suggested to wait till tomorrow or to pay for express laundry; on Sunday I've received a phone call from the reception at 9 am and was told that the breakfast is ready, while I did not ask for a call, and due to a jetlag I would appreciate at least 1-1.5 h longer sleep etc etc. The breakfast was extremely poor both in terms of selection and the quality - 2 Indian sauces and dumplings, and 2 days old (I am not exaggerating!!!) croissants; the coffee was only instant, the tea only masala. The breakfast was included in my rate, but I had it only outside the hotel from the second day on, as the area is full of decent breakfast places.

Very helpful staff, very clean and bright rooms, convenient location, and it's great to have the café/restaurant in house.

The hotel is neat and clean. Room is also very neat and a decent size. Very neat bathroom. Pleasant staff. Good location.

The breakfast was not edible and not easy on the eye. Only serve Indian breakfast laid out very poorly. Had to go to another restuarant for breakfast although paid for bed and breakfast. The rate paid was not value for money. Book for room only, may then be worth it.
