The pool was lovely, the staff were friendly

The floor boards in the room next to ours! they were creaky and shook whenever the guest moved and they were night owls.

the room was a little tired, small and the matris needs replacement, i was almost rolling off !

Location was very convenient. Decent hot breakfast options.

The paint was peeling from the walls. The plug point was too far from the bed. The very noisy buses stopped right outside the bedroom window, rather than in or by the car park.

Location is fantastic- a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful. Curtains/blinds gave a good black out. (Important to me in mid Summer.) It was a nice touch offering a dog blanket.

The door of the bathroom opens into the bedroom right by the foot of the bed. It was a small bedroom and an en suite is crucial but it needed a sliding door or something. It was ludicrous. I had to do a little dance around the corner of the bed to open the door in order to get in and out of the bathroom. It also meant I had to wedge the door, as I couldn't open it fully, so the dog could have access to the water bowl in there in the night. There are too many notices. The entire desk was covered in bits of laminated text and foldy things and booklets. It looked really cluttered. There has to be a better way of welcoming guests to a room than overwhelming them with bumpf.

Cleanliness and staff were great.

Room was like student accommodation. Tiny room with old furniture.

Standard British breakfast. Sea view from the restaurant. Good bed. Good bar. Parking lot.

The breakfast was not varied enough.
