The Riviera Hotel & Apartments - Alum Chine

Loved the location and the staff was lovely. Great view from the bedroom with balcony. Quiet room.

In general the hotel looks old. It could use some refurbishing. The room was stuffy. Sold linen was stain. Also I seated on a plastic chair on the terrace and it broke because the plastic was cooked by the sun. Breakfast was meh.

The location is ideal for visiting the beach and walking along the sea front

It would have been a nice gesture if they provided bottled water in the rooms especially with the extreme heat wave.

Great location just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely facilities. Helpful staff. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was a bonus!

Parking was a real issue as the car park is very small. There is parking on the street that is currently unrestricted. The beach car park which is a 5 to 10 minutes walk away is quite large but you would have to walk up the hill to get back to the hotel.

Lage und Betten sehr gut. Bar und Grill nettes Personal. Zimmer klein aber mit Balkon und wunderschöner Aussicht.

Klimaanlage im Speisesaal defekt, am letzten Tag auch der Fahrstuhl defekt. Aber man war bei den Koffern behilflich. Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Rooms could do with updating, and dinner menu could of had a bit more variety

Very bad. The beds were horrible. The rooms without air conditioning and dirty.

Not clean. The shower only had cold water no hot water. Windows don’t open properly.
