Aqua Nevis Hotel & Aqua Park - All Inclusive

The Aquapark is the big sell here. The kids (including the big kids) love it. We stayed here last year for a week and returned here again this year but just for 3 nights as a holiday bolt in. The bar staff are very very fast and efficient (given it is all inclusive lots of people are seeking drinks all the time). Breakfasts and lunches were great especially salads and deserts and canapés at lunch, as are pool bar snacks.

I did not “dislike” this but I found the evening food more disappointing than last year with less choice - too many “heavy” stews etc and Balkan night is not good (sorry - there is better Balkan food than this). There generally seemed to be less staff around too - I saw more spills on the floor than last year, the animation team seemed depleted (also the Zumba is pointless - just one animation team member dancing alone in a poor spot) and very few passes of the pool area to clear glasses. Not a huge deal but definitely a noticeable reduction in quality in these areas.

great aqyua park attractions, good entertainment, pleasant staff (with the exeption of shuttle driver), diverse food.

parking is not within the hotel limits, and is basically in the streat (i cannot say if it is at least guarded), shuttle is sometimes full and driver is not that willing to make a second trip to take the rest. shower heads are terrible (small jets of water ), no all inclusive services in the aqua park, but you can go back to hotel to order from lobby.

Аква парка е много добър. Храната беше вкусна особено сладкишите и тортите.

Доста захабени общи части. Няма минибар в стаите (можеше поне една вода да се сложи). Липсата на салфетки по масите в ресторанта и не на последно място, кафето е просто ужасно.

Хареса ни вежливия, млад и амбициозен персонал, достъпа до аквапарка, храната, чистотата навсякъде, вечерното шоу с танци, стаята, с гледка към аквапарка.

Spatiile comune, destul de murdare.
