Aqua Nevis Hotel & Aqua Park - All Inclusive

The Hotel is amazing The food is excellent (breakfast, lunch and dinner), also for children. The water park is amazing. We didn't have queues. It is very generous from the hotel, that we could continue using the water park and going to the restaurant after the checkout time till 1800.

1. The wifi is weak and disconnected. 2. The mattress is too soft, not convenient.

The water park is amazing, many pools and everything is clean and organized. We didn't wait a lot at all for each slide. The food is great and offers many tasty options. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bathroom is also big and quite clean.

The bed and the cushions... Terrible!! My back and neck hurts after every sleepless night.

Entertainment in the evening was poor was there 2 years ago and the entertainment was much better , evening meals weren’t great

The Park is Amazing and the crew was very nice with great service, especially at the restaurant and the bar!

The water park at the hotel is amazing, the service is lovely and the food is very good.

I didn't like the mattresses, they were very uncomfortable, and neither were the pillows. I also didn't like that as part of the all-inclusive package, you have to go from the water park to the lobby to get water or food, which is very far away. You're not allowed to bring food into the park, which is free, but there is food inside for a fee (higher quality).
