Quiet, nice beds, big room

Close to Black Oak Ranch Property. Attended the 35 Annual Woman’s Herbal Symposium.

Towel bars were rusty. The bed cover had stains.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was very clean and spacious and close to our destination. Thank you.

I have nothing to add here.

The clock radio was making an irritating noise off the on and it couldn't be unplugged or easily quieted down ... we put a pillow over it at night and it helped a bit. When the room is cleaned that would be a good thing for the staff to check.

air conditioner works nicely, but was definitely noisy. The trade off was high heat temperature required A/C use to maintain comfort. Had to keep either A/C or A/C linked fan on all night in order to sleep comfortably. This dynamic would be a non-issue in the cooler months of late October-May.

It's a very old, simple motel. I was able to pull right up to my room and unload. The room was comfortable, the A/C worked beautifully. The amenities provided were sufficient, the bed was comfortable. I didn't hear anything from the rooms on either side of me - a plus.
