Budget Inn - Laytonville

I love the location because it’s close to my family’s ranch house property. It’s one of the only hotel / motel options in Laytonville. Also, the beds were well kept and had mattress protectors.

I didn’t like that some areas were dirty, like the TV remote control was dirty and some of the walls / doors.

No hot water in our room and the staff acted like I was making it up

Convenience since it was only one of two hotels in the town. Next town was half hour away and I needed to be in this town (Laytonville Ca)

Bathroom tiles, door and lower walls were dirty, bathroom towel rack was very rusted on the underside, floor tiles were loose and grout was disgusting. Paper cups that were provided for coffe use actually burned when put in the microwave to warm the coffee. There was no availability to not have the maids come in and clean (no “Do not disturb” door hanger). Internet connection was weak and constantly being dropped.

Convenient by the highway after a long drive.

Unusual that as soon as you enter, the bed was right by the door.
